Regulatory Compliance
Before we begin any manufacturing process, we conduct a regulatory review to ensure all label copy and packaging components are in compliance with EPA, FDA and DOT regulations. Even when our customers provide us with any part of a finished Bill of Material (BOM)- raw materials, labels or packaging components- we review them to ensure they are in compliance before we start production. Nothing ships out of our facilities without a thorough review. Our production facilities include Good Manufacturing Procedure capability, and we are an EPA- and FDA-registered manufacturing site.
Part of Regulatory Compliance is ensuring we're as transparent as possible for our customers. Canberra Corporation fully supports SB-258 (Cleaning Product Right to Know Act) and ingredient disclosure.
The intent of this legislation is to provide consumers and workers with ingredient information about designated products. This encourages customers to make informed purchasing decisions and help reduce public health impacts from exposure to potentially harmful chemicals by requiring product manufacturers to provide a specific list of the chemicals used in their products.
