Initial Application:

1. Remove all old finish from floor. For new floors, stripping of factory applied finish is necessary. Rinse well and allow to dry.
2. Using a clean mop, apply sealer in a thin, uniform coat.
3. Allow to dry thoroughly, (30 to 40 minutes). For very porous floors and higher base gloss, a second uniform coat should be applied.
4. Allow floor to dry completely, then apply floor finish in thin, uniform coats.

Day-to-Day Maintenance:

1. Keep floor clean and free from dust and grit for maximum durability.
2. Maintain finish with appropriate method. See finish label for direction.

Note: To avoid product contamination, do not return any unused material to original container. Water or other foreign substances will cause any sealer to become slippery. ALWAYS use a “Wet Floor” sign when moisture is present.
