Alex Stegeman brings over 15 years of extensive experience in business development, engineering, and product innovation. His previous roles include Director of Business Development and Application Engineer at Becker Engineered Systems. Before his time at Becker, Alex spent more than 13 years at Hydro Systems, where he held a variety of roles, including Application Engineer, Electronics Product Specialist, Engineering Technician, and Team Lead. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to driving innovation and building technical solutions that meet diverse market needs.
Alex is also involved in multiple apprenticeship plumbing programs and holds a CMPA certification, which has deepened his understanding of complex product applications and development processes. Beyond his professional achievements, Alex enjoys cooking, volleyball, and quality time with his family, including his wife and 2-year-old daughter.
