Preventative Treatment:

1. Apply this product on area until evenly wet.
2. To promote drying, wipe off excess wetness.
3. Allow treated surfaces to dry completely.

Remedial Treatment:

1. Apply this product to slow the growth and spread of fungal spores until the area can be thoroughly cleaned and remediated.
2. If ceiling tiles or other easily removable items are moldy, remove them, seal in a plastic bag and dispose with normal trash.
3. If the surface is not easily replaceable, clean surface soil from contaminated area with this product.
4. Remove as much dirt and mold as possible and ensure surface is thoroughly dried.
5. Apply this product on area until evenly wet.
6. To promote drying, wipe off excess wetness.
7. Allow treated surfaces to dry completely.

Note: this product must come in direct contact with mold to be effective.
